my baby is 2 yrs 3 months old now but he doesn't speak any word only MAA. like Jaa, Naa, Ha that's it. what can I do?

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello , your baby boy is 27 months old and he doesn’t speak at all even monologues words like mamma and papa etc then see if he has a tongue tie
