my baby is 2 yr 8m old. I'm giving her dragon fruit , but when ever she goes to pass urine its little red color. is it fine??? or do I hv to visit doctor for this??plz reply

A. dear mum , dont wory as the dragon fruit is red so the food pigment can appear in the urine as well as the stool of the child even with food like beet
