Q.
my baby is 2 yr 2 mnths . She is unable to talk clearly .She only copies rhymes nd abc bt that she repeat is also not clear it is very difficult to understand what she is trying to say and also don'nt speak our social language like mummy papa she can't talk bt only point those things which she want she only use sigh language .What to do plz help ?

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. consult developmental pediatrician speech therapy may be required Try to converse with your baby often reduce screen time encourage peer play if the problem perissts beyond 3 years of age kindly consult developmental pediatrician for proper examination and medication speech therapy may be required o k ay

shailesh bhagyavantFather of a 5 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. my kid is also doing same.. but when we ask him or tell him the word he repeats, and what i know from my personal experience i started speaking clearly after 2 nd standard.. and when i searched various cases its normal.. no need to make it hype and go to any consultant as of now.. baby needs some personal touch and we need to play with words with baby.. because of job we dont get much time, and senior member in house can take this job,if someone is there. in my case no one .. so We try to speak with whenever we get time and ask to repeat the words, and now he pronounce some word clear but 95% still work in progress

Hello ma’am I think you need an evaluation with the child psychologist for your child’s behaviour because when a child would be monitored and assist properly then you will come to know more about the behaviour of the child think something that you need to take care of all you need to work over the doctor would advise you accordingly
