My baby is 2 years old . She recently got her ears pierced. After few weeks she is getting pus in one of her ear lobes at pierced area. She has mild fever less than 99F . Should I give antibiotics Amoxicillin ? If so which one works best and dosage , her weight is 13 legs ? Please suggest
