I have 5 year old girl. I pierced her ears in April.Now Her left ear has been infecting from 2 weeks. It has pus and redness.. what should I do?.. She has completed one antibiotics course.. still it has pus.. please give me some suggestions.. thanks

A. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everyday and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly me0zet your doctor for examination and specific treatment
