Hello Parent,

Give honey daily to you kids. half tea spoon will be ok.

I am giving it to my 2 years daughter daily, from the age of 8 months.

Also you can give little hot water to drink.
During summer kids don't like drinking hot water, but few sips of hot water at the start of a day, will help you to keep all kinds of throat infection, cold n cough away

Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are  usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used  in a proper dose  for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .hhyh
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .
