my baby is 2 years old and he is not speaking yet only says papa and babbling some things is it normal or what??

A. Look in this case if your child understands everything is giving you proper response following your command when it would not be a problem but things are not in place other than saying Mama and Papa other things that I’m saying that it would be good for you to consult a speech therapist one
