What is your child understand every thing that would be my first question to you as well because at this age on the understanding of language and responding to a particular thing is certainly going to make a lot of preference share the child is doing these things as per the current age of the child and don’t worry about the speech yet if you are so concerned about it right now then I would suggest you to get an assessment done with a speech therapist
