My baby is 2 years old and he has fish scale skin.. i am using pumice stone to remove the dead skin.. will it come back again if i stop using the stone?

I don’t Think so because when you are already removing dead skin the upper layer of the skin I don’t think it is going to come back but still since I cannot be very sure about it you I would advise you to consult a paediatrician ones for the same and also if you want you can go ahead with the treatment with the homoeopathic doctor as well
