Q.

my baby is 2 years and 2 mnths old. she has a problem of hard stool.I regularly gave her muout on the prescribtion .what can I do to resolve her problem?

A. hi usually it happens because of inadequate intake of fluids and low fiber diet. so please keep your child well hydrated offer fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup, prune juice, fruit like pear papaya plum banana etc to your child. skip bakery food items. give Massage to your child daily give Massage on stomach in clock wise direction with firm hands. encourage your child to do more physical activities maintain good hygiene
