my baby is 2 years 8 months . from last 3 4 days she is suffering from vomiting, stomache , fever and allergy what shoul i do . pls suggest me

Give some light food
Consult with your doctor in person for proper physical examination and treatment see your own treating doctor can guide you more and can solve your problems
Give khichadi curd rice etc
