my baby is 2 year old from last 2 days fever is coming and going and water is coming from eyes wat should I do

A. hi, just give syp paracetamol to ur baby fir fever for 3 days, after that, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management if no improvement
