my baby is 2 year n 3 months old. she has a fever of 102.5.. she is breathing heavily... why is she doing so... could you please suggest me something

A. I would suggest you to please give paracetamol and consult your doctor for further assistance because heavy breathing or wheezing could be associated with allergies or breathing issues whether the nose is blocked and the coffin congestion is there so you have to connect with your doctor for further assistance right now you can give steam indirectly
