my baby is 2 year 10 month old....his weight is only 10.1 kg and height is 83 cm.....what can I give my child to increase height and weight.....iam worried about his growth

I should consult your doctor because the child’s weight is less the height is also little less so they’ll tell you what are the problem why the child is not having a proper growth maybe nutritional deficiency but the doctors can confirm better after examining your child
