my baby is 2 months old we did vaccination today morning and now he had fever around 100 degree farenheit, and we given paracetamol also .how to reduce fever

A. baby is two months old and has got fever after vaccine it is normal for baby to get fever after any vaccine also you can give calpol drops fever is above 99 Fahrenheit
