It doesn't seem to trouble him. It is only seen when eye iris is moved to corner towards nose. Is anything serious?

A. Look without a proper checkup physically it’s very difficult to comment on the current situation there is there which is why it would be advisable for you to have a check up with an ophthalmologist to understand better whether they genuinely some situation to address or not
