Q.

my baby is 2 months old. his finger nails are keep on increasing but till now foot nail are not. I have trimmed his fingernails 2or 3 times till now. why is it so? is that normal?

A. hi your baby is 2 months old now there is no particular reason as to why finger nails grow fast but it could be due to frequently trimming that nails regrow rapidly

A. Hi Mom, It is normal and nothing to worry about that. Usually toe nails grow much more slowly compared to finger nails. So you may have to trim them only once or twice in a month. Thank you and have a good day.
