Q.

My baby is 2 months old. He is not smiling at faces He is not turning towards the direction of sound. But he reacts to sounds. He hold his head up and explores all things around. He smiles at random things he sees but not at faces.

A. wait another one month for the milestones for further advice in this regard you better consult your doctor for physical examination investigations if required then only proper treatment can be given and advise also in this regard
