Q.
My baby is 2 months old. Due to personal reasons I don’t nurse the baby directly or pump from July end until this second.I have lost my supply & the baby is on formula.if I restart next week only nursing 3-4 times in 24 hours and not pump will it be ok?..the problem is I have an elder kid and there’s no support system

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question yes you can definitely try and relactate that's not problem however you will have to continue to feed regularly or at least farm because you need to keep your supply going the more you feed is when you will be able to produce
