my baby is 2 months old, and my breast milk supply is very low i.e 20ml per feed which is not at all sufficient for my baby, so I started formula milk, but I really wanted her to have breastfeeds more , please suggest what can I do to increase my breast milk?

A. add jeera in ur roti ...in ur three time meal....also in ur sabzi.....add meethi sabzi one time on ur everyday meal, add shatavari powder in ur milk.

A. Add more diary products in your diet. Have more milk,food with coconut milk, green grams, leafy vegetables which will help to increase the breast milk production.

A. Milk is very important for babies specially in the initial days of life breast milk is very important and should be given exclusively till 5-6 months of age . formula milk should be given only as a substitute to breast milk if due to any reason it is not sufficient to fulfill the demand of the baby. according to the age different stage of formula milk are there like stage 1 till 6 months of age stage 2 from 6 months to 12 months and thereafter stage 3 . after onre year cows milk should be started and any kind of heaflth drink powder in milk should be used only after the completion of two years of age .

A. Hi mom. Have lactare tablets to increase your breast milk supply. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats, milk etc in ur diet to increase bm. Take care
