Q.

My baby is 2 months old and is only given breast milk either directly of by expressing. I am however feeling that my milk flow is reducing. What can I do to get my milk flow back?in the meantime if I want to supplement my baby with a top feed which one is good for a 2 month old baby?

A. try to give breastfeeding in a correct position so that the baby can suck properly in this way the milk production will also increase if the demand will be there and take a healthy diet for yourself

A. Hello dear parent! Try as much to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your diet. Consult your child’s doctor for advice. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil.
