Q.

my baby is 2 months old and he has some white dots like pimples on his face and body. What it could be. from birth it is present.

A. pimples on face and body, then you should consult the doctor as if it from birth, consult the skin specialist, or dermatologist.. and then take treatment.. keep skin well moisturized.. you may use Himalaya baby face cream or mama earth baby face cream..
