My baby is 2 month old , while going to sleep he will cry that time he will jerk both his hands legs body ,is this normal

No its not normal.either uour baby is not taking prpper feed or your baby has colic pain give some colic pain related medecine if colic pain is there also proper burping is very important after each and every feed also give proper massage at least 3 to 5 times in a day.
