my baby is 2 month old his potty system is not settled yet in every nappy he he do small amount of potty what should I do

That’s very normal for initial 6 months you can see this kind of a situation but which is considered very normal if you feel your child is having any kind of a discomfort because of that in that case you can check with your doctor otherwise currently with what you’re mentioning seems completely alright
