A. child should double it's birth weight by completion of Six month and triples by one year. give only breastmilk till completion of Six month and start vitamin d and multivitamin supplements regularly

A. Its Mostly 1200 gm plus oh that’s what I can tell you As a child should be gaining a minimum of hundred grams per week and minimum 400 g every month so if your child is gaining that otherwise it would be Going to be less than usual
