my baby is 2 month old and i am exclusively breastfeeding my baby can i eat all the fruits my mil says the baby will catch cold and stuff what do i do?

Maam this is the biggest misconception that people in the older generation had actually you can eat whatever healthy you want to eat it is never going to affect your child and your mother-in-law so concerned then you should have all the food on room temperature this way you will not face any problem neither will your child so she will also be satisfied
