my baby is 2 and a half year old and he is passing stool with mucus and little blood has also come.. please suggest what to do.. its urgent

A. well irs a case of intestinal infection ok. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat wellsee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
