now my baby is 2 years old ... seen mucus discharge little blood ..What causes blood and mucus in a baby’s stool?

A. Mostly associated with a stomach infection only further you can connect with your doctor because they can confirm if it is not an infection and what it can be but it’s definitely an issue which needs to be treated with antibiotics
