my baby is 2.8 years old but his height is 84 cm and weight 11.4 kg , he was born premature .. it's normal or required any tests

A. Look if the child was premature then this is okay I don’t know how much premature your child was but accordingly if you look at it the growth is decent enough of course there is a huge scope of increment over the period but right now there is no problem
