my baby is 2.6 m old he is 97 cm height & 13.5 weight what food is good for his weight gain and improve immunity

A. Hello mom as she is above 2 years now she should be used to regular foods made at home for the family no much restrictions for her now .. good healthy food habits are essential for over all health .. so seasonal fruits and vegetables, dry fruits and nuts , lentils and legumes like Channa , rajma etc , home made kadha , tulsi water , turmeric milk , ghee , panner , cereals and millets are essential
