My baby is 2.5 years years old his head feeling hot bt body temperature normal what should I do pls suggest I used ds syrp

A. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having. give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food. keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever armpit temperature of hundred or more is considered as fever to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carrized out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water. higher medicines (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.

A. Yes this is a basic paracetamol you can give it to the child and you can repeat it again after six hours if the temperature rises now every six hours you can give medicine to the child of the temperature rises
