my baby is 2 years 9 months old her head is very hot but rest of the body temperature is normal?

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Take the temperature with the thermometer if it is fever then give paracetamol otherwise just a cold sponge on the face and head of the child so it is going to help in reducing the temperature from the head
