my baby is 2.5 year and skin is dry and skin get black why it happen

See When the skin is excessively dry it automatically looks darker than usual so in this case I can only tell you start applying NMFE vitamin E cream regularly on to the skin of your child and as a skin will start to be fine it is going to be there the colour of the skin will looking will start looking normal as it was
