My baby is 2.5 months old. Once in 15 to 20 days one of the eyes keep watering plus there is constant yellow/greenish discharge. How do i treat this effectively?

A. seems like infection. once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised. trim baby nails frequently.. maintain hygiene. always wash your hands before touching your child
