my baby is 2.5 months old . my supply is reducing. How can I increase my milk supply . please suggest something

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 6 m old boy4 days agoA. Hello! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. The more your baby takes in your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist for further guidance.
