My baby is 2.5 month old and he gets this kind of rash to his anal area. I don't use diaper, only langoti. What is the reason for this and how to prevent it?

Usually it will correct within one week apply calamine lotion twice daily keep babys surrounding clean and dust free
Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily
Maintain hygiene
Wash hands often
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
No need to worry
Change diaper frequently every 4-5 hours of intervals wash area often with lukewarm water keep diaper free time in daytime apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily diaper rash cream regularly everytime you change diaper
