Q.
my baby is 2.2 years old not speaking appa and amma only say one word thaa baaa but not recognising his amma and appa and not eating or drinking by his own hand like we are giving biscuits he throws away any object... please help us

See your child is 2.2 years old and get your child is unable to understand whose mother and whose father then that’s not good is your child also responding to its name or making an eye contact that’s also not clear so I think it’s a good time for you to visit a child specialist or a psychologist wants to understand if there is a problem and if it is then what is meant to be done to make it proper in time
