My baby is 2.2 years old.He is suffering from loose stools nd nt eating anything nd nt even medicine. when we gave medicine to him he did vomit. what we should do?

A. baby will be losing lot of water electrolytes in loose motions you had to give zidust syrup 5ml 2 times a day to the baby along with lot of waris coconut water buttermilk
