baby girl 2 yr 4 month old she is nt eating anything nd crying a lott i think her stomach is paining what should i do ??

Give domastal 2.5 ML to your child once in a day as of now did you help down the stomach pain and if you do stomach pain is continuous even after that that is that the child is facing some issue in the stomach then you’ll have to get a check with your doctor
