Q.

my baby is 1yr 13days old..she is not standing without support yet...she can stand with table oe sofa support...is there any problem? what can we do to encourage her to stand alone?

A. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. Aftert 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be gavoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidence of walking independently.

A. Old hand of your child make your child walk that is how you can encourage the child and secondly at the same please I would also like to tell you that a lot of kids learn to work independently by the age of 15 to 17 Manasu there is no delay in any kind of thing for the child
