Q.
My baby is 1year 8 month old his weight is 14.5 kg but he is not rsponding too much. he is not reacting on his name. sometime he react sometime not. when we sit in silence and we call his name he not respond but when we play a poem in mobile he reacting. I am so worried, please help me out.

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. Try to converse with your baby often reduce screen time encourage peer play if the problem perissts beyond 3 years of age kindly consult developmental pediatrician for proper examination and medication speech therapy may be required o k ay

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Wait until your child is at least a year old to start worrying. Worry only if your child CONSISTENTLY does not respond to his name. Have your child evaluated by a professional in pediatric development. Follow up with appropriate treatment and/or interventions.
