my baby is 1month 21days old she is gaining only 15 to 18 grams per day is it okay or will it makes any complications in her overall development .

A. dear baby should gain approx 500 to 800 g per month.. should be double the birth wt at 6 months and three times at one yr.. it is exclusively breast feed recommended for 6 mnths
