My baby is 1and half month old, initially at birth she was 3.2kg nw she is 2.8kg weight s reducing what shall I do to increase weight ,so please guide me

A. hello babies birth weight will reduce and then baby will start gaining but since the baby is 1.5 months old and still no gain is noticed it may be that the baby is not getting sufficient breast milk so please check in the same and alternatively you can also give baby infant formula milk stage 1
