my baby is 19 months old his hemoglobin is 10.3, he has ulcer in throat and he is not eating from yesterday. what can i do ?

A. dear mum the baby has mild anemia give iron rich food and top milk intake should not be more tgan 300 ml for ulcer give semi solid diet , bland non spicy food linclude fluids breastfeed
