Q.

My baby is 19 months old. He wakes up regularly around 3 o clock and after breastfeeding he sleeps but after some time he again walks up. What would be the reason for his waking up daily at this hour ? Also I want to stop my breastfeeding, how can I do that?

A. Namaste Mom, This could be either due to the habit or else he might be feeling hungry as well, here you could now make sure that you give him a filling dinner as such , and now it should be from regular family foods, you could also introduce them to animal milk preferable to be cows milk as it is similar to mothers milk You can also plan to stop one feed at a time as well

A. Femite lotion you can apply and also you should first introduce a complimentary feeding and start with drawing on your breastfeeding that’s the correct pattern to follow and if the child is not sleeping properly then there is a high possibility that your child may either a light sleeper or is not completely full before you put the child to sleep
