my baby is 19 months old he is getting fever everyday and when I give him medicine his temprature gets normal it's happening everyday what should I do to improve his immunity

A. get the investigations like blood test urin test of the baby jk Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
