My baby is 19 months old, decided to stop breastfeeding her from today. From morning till night I successfully diverted her from breastfeed and put her on sleep. Now I’m worried how to avoid feeding at night

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom weaning off is a gradual process , you have to be firm in your decision and do it and not give in to the kid demand . Initially would be difficult but it will work .
And now you can now also introduce him to animal milk preferably cows milk as it’s quite similar to mothers milk
