my baby is 19 months old but still he had not spoke single word why ? iam very tensed about this

The child usually does not pick up by the age of 2.5 years on the higher side would be considered this as a deal of currently I would just say that if your child hasn’t started speaking even a single word there is no harm consulting your doctor once
