Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. This could be due to lack of sleep or frequent rubbing of eyes or genetics or dehydration or tge sign if developing a cold. Make sure to keep the child well hydrated and ensure he aleeps atleast 12 hours a day.
