Q.

my baby is 19 months old and her weight is 8.4 she is not gaining weight and her birth weight is 2 kgs my pediatrician suggested mct oil so how to use it should I add in food or should I give it directly please reply me

A. yes if we take the birth weight of the baby into consideration baby is having appropriate weight better to you traditional foods rich in protein particularly egg will be useful ok

A. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and if the child is active then it is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balance food in the diet which can help in the growth of the child and include fruits vegetables green leafy vegetables dry fruits and dairy products
